Point cloud data has emerged as a powerful source of information in the construction industry. Traditional methods for generating Building Information Models (BIMs) can be intensive. Automation of BIM generation from point clouds offers a promising solution to overcome these challenges. By extracting the 3D geometry and attributes contained within
